After more than twenty years working across the Third Sector and Social Care in a variety of roles, founding Harrington Homecare and growing it successfully over the past three years has been a proud and significant achievement for me and our dedicated team. Having worked firsthand as a carer, I understand both the rewards and the challenges within the sector, which inspired me to create a service that does things differently.

Harrington Homecare was established with a vision to transform the way care is delivered, placing genuine emphasis on personalised support tailored to each individual. Quality, dignity and efficiency remain at the heart of everything we do, with the belief that every person deserves compassionate, respectful and person-centred care.

Over the past three years, we have built a team carefully chosen for their compassion, professionalism and shared commitment to this vision.
